The EZE Farm is an active working farm that grows avocados and citrus throughout the year that is harvested and distributed through California packing houses to grocery stores throughout the region. The property is home to over 875 avocado trees, a historic orange orchard with trees over 100 years old, seasonal fruit trees, free-range chickens, ducks, goats, pigs, cats, livestock guardian dogs, and many other friendly farm animals. Being a genuine working farm is one of the things that makes the EZE Farm different from traditional event venues. |
The EZE Farm is a family-owned, 10-acre working avocado farm and rustic outdoor event venue located in Fillmore, California. While we're best known for weddings, we also host engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, bar / bat mitzvahs, birthday celebrations, family reunions, baby and bridal showers, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, photography sessions, film productions, and many other private events. Unlike many venues, the EZE Farm is also an active agricultural property. Our avocado and citrus orchards continue to produce fruit that is harvested and distributed through California packing houses to grocery stores throughout the region. The property combines authentic farm life with thoughtfully designed event spaces, creating a destination where people can celebrate surrounded by nature. |

As you leave the city behind and arrive at the farm, you're welcomed by fresh country air, mature avocado and citrus orchards, wide open spaces with grazing cows and horses, and the quiet beauty of Ventura County's rolling hills. Your arrival is often kicked off with a warm greeting from our four-legged (and feathered) welcoming committee! You might be greeted by one of our affectionate farm cats looking for attention, our friendly Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dogs happily saying hello, or our resident turkey watching visitors from a distance sharing a nod of respect. You'll find lush greenery, seasonal blooming gardens and orchards, and breathtaking golden sunsets. Whether you're attending a wedding, photographing a milestone, or simply visiting the farm, our hope is that every guest leaves feeling refreshed, connected to nature, and genuinely welcomed. |

While we're best known as a wedding venue, we also host engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, bar and bat mitzvahs, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, family reunions, baby and bridal showers, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, fundraisers, celebration of life gatherings, photography events, workshops, and more. The EZE Farm can accommodate up to 200 guests, making it an excellent choice for both intimate weddings and larger celebrations. Our spacious grounds provide plenty of room for dining, dancing, lawn games, photography, and gathering with family and friends while maintaining a relaxed, open atmosphere. |

Yes. Many couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception at the EZE Farm so guests can enjoy the entire celebration in one beautiful location. You're also welcome to book the venue for only a ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, or another special event. |
Absolutely. We encourage couples to choose the vendors they love rather than requiring a specific vendor list. We don't believe every wedding should look the same, and we're happy to work alongside your chosen caterer, florist, photographer, planner, DJ, bartender, and other professionals. We simply ask that vendors carry the appropriate licenses and insurance when applicable. |

Southern California enjoys wonderful weather most of the year, but we always encourage couples to have a backup plan. If rain is expected, events can be relocated inside our rustic barn. Depending on the forecast, some couples also choose to rent a tent for additional flexibility. We'll stay in communication leading up to your event and help you prepare so your celebration runs as smoothly as possible. |
The EZE Farm offers convenient on-site parking for smaller events, photography sessions, film productions, vendors, and gatherings with fewer vehicles. For larger celebrations, such as weddings and receptions, we typically recommend guests park along the quiet streets surrounding the property. Because we're located in a peaceful rural area, street parking is plentiful, easy to find, and only a short walk from the venue. Using street parking for larger events also keeps vehicles from driving through your ceremony or reception setup, minimizes dust around event spaces, and allows vendors easier access throughout the day. |

The EZE Farm specializes in Hass and Zutano avocados, fresh free-range eggs, and citrus grown right here on the property. Depending on the season, we also offer homemade jams, hot sauces, locally crafted products, and other farm-fresh goods from our farm. Yes. The best way to purchase our farm products is by joining our email list for our seasonal Mini Farmers Market Drive-Thru events held in Woodland Hills. Customers place their orders in advance, then simply drive through to pick up fresh farm products without even leaving their vehicle. It's a fun, friendly experience that allows us to personally connect with our customers while sharing fresh food directly from our family farm. Throughout the year, we also occasionally host larger community markets, boutique shopping events, and farm dinners featuring local vendors and artisans. Because farming follows the seasons, many of our fruits and specialty products are only available during certain times of the year. Fresh free-range eggs are generally available year-round, while avocados, citrus, jams, sauces, and other seasonal products become available as they're harvested. We recommend joining our email list to receive updates whenever new products become available. Yes, we do offer hands on jam making classes with our resident jam master! Available in Fillmore, Woodland Hills, and Ventura dependent on seasonal availability of produce. Please contact us for details. No, we cannot currently ship our jams, produce or other goods for safety purposes. Please visit our farm or Mini Market to pick up! We recommend joining our email list to receive updates whenever new products become available. We grow and sell two different avocado varieties including Hass and Zutano. Hass are commonly found in grocery stores, whereas Zutanos can rarely be found except through knowing a farmer or growing a tree! This is because Zutanos have thin skins that are easily damaged when shipped. Underneath that skin, you'll find an exceptionally buttery, smooth avocado that people quickly become super fans of! No, we cannot currently ship our jams, produce or other goods for safety purposes. Please visit our farm or Mini Market to pick up! Absolutely. The EZE Farm is available for commercials, independent films, music videos, documentaries, branded content, interviews, student films, and other creative productions. Our family has experience working with production crews—including such notable productions as Ariana Grande's "Thank U, Next" and Trace Adkins' "Hot Mama" music videos—and understands the importance of flexibility, communication, and accommodating the unique needs of film sets. The property offers generous space for equipment, staging areas, crew parking, and production vehicles. Productions and photography sessions have access to our expansive outdoor grounds, including the orchards, gardens, gazebo, barn exterior, open fields, scenic overlooks, and numerous picturesque locations throughout the property. Interior spaces, including the farmhouse and barn, may also be available depending on the needs of your project. Simply contact us to tell us about your project. We'll discuss your production or photography needs, answer your questions, confirm availability, and help determine which areas of the property are the best fit for your shoot.
